Board members are to check the rental schedule posted on the MCC online calendar to determine when events are scheduled during their assigned month to know when they should inspect.
The inspector for the month is to:
1) Inspect the building inside and out after each event to confirm that renters have cleaned and followed the cleanup/close down procedures posted. If not...notify the Rental Manager, Karan Godman, so deposit funds can be retained.
2) Inspect for rodent evidence/damage...change the trap line as needed.
3) If there are no events for the month, inspect the building inside and out twice during the month anyway.
